Business Simulation Analysis

In a multi-week business simulation for class, our group was tasked with managing a simulated company, making strategic decisions each week in areas such as pricing, production, marketing. Our goal throughout this was to beat the other teams based on a competitive and changing market.

Each week we had a meeting to discuss what we needed to do going forward. Often this was looking at the weekly performance data, identify areas for improvement, and adapting our strategy accordingly.

In the end our group finished last in the simulation. But while our simulated company failed we learned and changed results in order to see growth towards the end allowing to profit in the final weeks.
